When you purchase a piece of artwork from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We gather this information for the purposes of communicating with you, for carrying out our obligations to you and for invoicing and record-keeping. In addition to this we may use your contact details to provide information to you that you request from us relating to our artwork and services. Only when necessary may we disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.
HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT?

PAYMENTS
All payments will be taken using VENMO or Apple Pay. Your card details will be collected and processed securely and as such no card details will be collected or stored by Brielle Bennett or on the server.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI requirements.
